Return Policy
Upon purchase  from El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. website, most sellers add a return ticket to your package. When returning any item to a seller, please look inside the package and fill out the return form that is attached to your order. El-Cuzupa Marketing or its vendors will only accept return for goods that are damaged prior to order acceptance or goods that are not opened or used.  Also if the item description does not match the real item received, item can be returned to vendor or El-Cuzupa Marketing. We strongly advice buyers keep a record of the tracking number for future reference.

El-Cuzupa Marketing and affiliated vendors requires customers to include a note on the order with reasons for order return. Once payment is received for an order, El-Cuzupa Marketing will send the buyer a notification email with details of your order.

In the absence of a return form, please buyers should print and include the email notification from your shipment as an evidence you purchased the item from el-cuzpamarketing.com.

El-Cuzupa Marketing or affiliated vendor will charge no extra fee for returning orders if item does not match product description. To return your order, please mail it to the vendors address or El-Cuzupa Marketing return center as specified below.
