How much I’m I charged to sell on El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. ?
Selling at El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. is charged depending on the nature of your product and the quantity you will be posting. Example, Selling as an individual or business and also if you are posting as Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum posting.
El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. charges when you post an item and the charge is not fixed for all item. We also charge extra for extra features on your posting like adding more images. Lastly, We charge certain percentage of the total selling price and it also depends on the product sold.

What payment options do I have ?
Upon registry with El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc., for businesses  you set up a reliable payment method for service charges. At El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc., we accept payments from credit cards, Pre-Authorized Debit & Visa Debit “for Canadian bank accounts”, El-Cuzupa Gift card, cheques for businesses “this may take two business weeks to go through”, El-Cuzupa Marketing Reward Card. Note that El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. do not accept cash sent through mail, MoneyGram, or Western Union. Check El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. payment policy.

How Do I question my bill ?

As an individual account holder, you are eligible to sell the following items on El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. website: Car accessories, Home , Garden, Electronics, Fashion, books ( new & used), Toys & games, personal computers, Baby apparel, unlocked cell phones, Video games, etc..

How do I chek my account balance ?

How do I receive my payment ?

I need to purse my service use or end my contract. What  should I do ?
El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. contracts last for a minimum of one month except you want to forfeit your  already paid fee. I am a business seller; how do I change to Individual seller ?
As a business seller, you can adjust your account to individual seller from account setting. However, you will lose the benefits
business sellers have over individual sellers.

How Do I start buying ?
Buying at El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. is as easy as one click. Click and get whatever you want by searching the item you want on the search bar. Review your item if its used or new and check out the sellers review if you want to know more about the seller. Lastly, pay for your item using either Visa card, Master cards, PayPal, cheques, Money order, etc.

Who can use buyer protection ?
Buyer protection is only available to buyers who purchase and pay for items from our website. You can claim your buyer protection when the item does not  match the item description, when a seller sends a fake product to you and when a seller refuses to deliver your item. El-Cuzupa Marketing buyer protection does not cover  credit card fraud, payments made outside our website, and other challenges you face when you do not deal with us directly.

When do sellers reply ?
Most sellers reply right away. Also some sellers only reply during working days and hours with exception to holidays and unanticipated strikes. How can I pay for my orders ?
Buyers can pay with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, El-Cuzupa Marketing gift Card, El-Cuzupa Marketing Reward Card. We do not accept cash, MoneyGram, Western Union.

I Placed an order. Can I change my shipping address ?

Our customers is our greatest asset and we do everything we can to protect your personal information.  Your personal information would not be sold to a third party for their usage but will be used as stated on our

Am I allowed to have multiple account ?
We allow users to have multiple accounts with different email, password, and login ID. However, if we terminate one of your accounts, we will terminate the other without notice. Open second account.

Why did my account refuse to log me in ?
When a user logs into user account, make sure you use the right username and password. Remember, password can be case sensitive. If you are connected to social media, you can log in through your social media account.

How do I protect my user account ?
Users should use strong passwords when creating account and prevent sharing of account information. To learn more about account protection, please visit our buyer safety or seller safety  page. 

How do I change my information ?
Go to account setting and update your personal information. Example new phone number, mailing address, payment information, account type etc..

Why can’t I access my account ?
If you can’t access your account, it means your account is currently suspended or terminated in worst case scenario. This only happens when you violate our policies/ user agreement, or when you refuse paying your fee.
However, if your account is suspended, contact our
customer support to know why. If it is due to lack of payment, ask for payment options available. Also if it is suspended due to policy violation, write a letter of appeal to discipline@el-cuzupamarketing.com for our disciplinary team to review.

Can I close my account ?
Absolutely.  However, we encourage you to first call our customer support team before closing your account because once it is closed, you can’t recover your account except you create a new account.

Can I get free shipping ?
Yes. some sellers offer free shipping  for certain items.

What shipping options do I have ?
All sellers can ship using DHL, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, China Post and other shipping methods approved by El-Cuzupa Marketing.

How long does shipping take ?
Shipped items arrive fairly quick depending on the region. It also depends on the carrier, and the buyer shipping preference like express or regular shipping. Please check our shipping service for more information on shipping.

Do El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. ship internationally?
Yes. El-Cuzupa Marketing ships internationally to all countries and provinces except to places without postal code.

What if I am not sure of the shipping address ?
We encourage you ship to confirmed address to eliminate the risk of buyers not receiving their item. However, buyers are covered under the buyer protection guarantee we offer. This means  buyers will be refunded the money  unless the seller communicates with the buyer.

What is the best way to ship item so it does not get damaged  on the way ?
To prevent item damage, use a good box  that has space to attach foam, paper, or bubble wrap to prevent direct impact on item if it hits a stronger object. Use a quality tape (preferably 2 inches wide brown tape) to seal the box.  It is sellers responsibility to make sure the item to be shipped is properly packaged before shipping.

How Do I track my order ?

What is El-Cuzupa Marketing Inc. policy on return ?
Our sellers accept returns. When you buy an item, always check the return policy for the items you are about to purchase because  the seller may specify “no return accepted”. How long does it take to receive new item after return ?
Not too long. Soon as we receive your returned order, our return department will do its best to find a better item for you if you do not seek reimbursement.

Can I return items I bought on sales ?
Most sellers usually do not accept return for items bought on sales. However, check the item return policy to avoid assumption.

I broke the item I’m about to return. Can I still return it?
No. Items broken after successful delivery can not be returned for cashback or exchange.
