El-Cuzupa Marketing expect every seller to get our seller protection. This protects sellers from attending court cases regarding small dispute between a seller and buyer in small claim court.

Reporting buyer to El-Cuzupa Marketing

Some buyers love giving negative feedbacks to sellers. Please when experiencing this problem, report to El-Cuzupa Marketing as soon as practical because negative feed back can ruin a sellers chances of making sales.

However, El-Cuzupa Marketing advice sellers to avoid giving negative feedbacks to sellers.

Unpaid items

Some buyers will flood items on their shopping carts or wish list. El-Cuzupa Marketing understand this can be challenging for sellers especially when buyers try making payment but card got declined.

Items on wish list are considered as items buyers would potentially want but not certain. Sellers can sell items not paid for to other buyers willing to buy.
